3rd Party 

  • Uploading of employee codes and the follow through until the codes are received 
  • Uploading of terminations, transfers until the call is closed
  • IT and My access issues with employee codes
  • Engagement with HR & the My Access team
  • Maintenance of 3rd party credit register 
  • Blueprint management 

Tymebank Kiosk 

  • Engagement with facilities for relocations 
  • Assist with kiosk queries 
  • Communication with Vas area managers for closures & revamps

General Admin & Compliance 

  • Processing of Incentives
  • Weekly management of calls logged with facilities 
  • Stock and cash queries from stores
  • Supplier stock queries

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years administration experience 
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • A thorough knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel)
  • A thorough knowledge of PowerPoint
