About the Role

This high-RPM graduate role focuses on the data-driven optimization of e-commerce advertising campaigns and managing digital audience data. Utilizing HubSpot for marketing automation and AWS for scalable analytics integration, the intern ensures 100% compliance with digital advertising standards. Their work minimizes operational risk by analyzing campaign data to identify growth opportunities and leverage insights to drive the commercial success of South Africa’s leading retail platform.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/General commercial/Retail

The skills we need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in analysing campaign performance, customer behaviour, and sales data to support decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, trackers, and campaign documentation.
  • Support coordination with internal teams such as Brand, Commercial, Design, and Operations.
  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring within the retail and e-commerce environment.
  • Support general commercial and retail activities, including promotional reviews, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing and commercial projects
