• We have an amazing opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
• The role is a support structure to all Affiliate Marketing Teams and Digital Marketing Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with queries, requests and enquiries from Affiliates and the with the aim of adequately and timeously resolving these matters

You Bring:

• 1 – 2 year’s Admin experience
• 1 – 2 Operations Admin or Support experience
• Marketing/ Digital Marketing Support experience
• Valid Driver’s License

A bonus to have:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree and or Business Management Degree

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Work cross-functionally with internal Hollywoodbets teams on a variety of projects.
• Provide daily support to team members and affiliates.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails and relay messages.
• Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritize these effectively.
• Drive the delivery/execution of all marketing campaigns accurately and on time on various channels.
• Delivering quality work, on time and according to instructions
• Brief in Affiliate marketing creative for all upcoming promotions and campaigns
• Verify pending affiliates during the onboarding stage
• Assisting team Members where possible with projects
• Competitor and trend analysis to ensure our affiliate partner programme remains innovative and ahead of the competition
• Creating, maintaining and troubleshooting tracking links.
• Oversee the affiliate program marketing with the development and implementation of online marketing promotional content including Affiliate newsletters, display banners, written content .
• Working with the Affiliate Team to organize and coordinate meetings with affiliates to improve the ongoing relationships that we have with our affiliates.
• Assisting the affiliate team’s daily tasks and projects using the affiliate software, including the uploading banners, creative artwork and communications on the Affiliate System.
