Experience

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a credit collections or banking environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

• Retail Credit Industry
• National Credit Act (NCA)
• Debt Counselling / mediation/ rehabilitation processes

• Deceased estates
• Sequestration
• Estates under administration
• Ombudsman cases

Basic understanding of budgeting and accounting principles
