You’re not afraid to challenge conventions and propose new approaches that leverage emerging technologies to solve persistent advertising challenges.
• A bridge between two worlds: You easily connect commercial challenges with technological possibilities, translating complex AI concepts into tangible business benefits. You excel at explaining complex AI technologies in terms of advertiser benefits and return on investment. You help commercial teams to grasp technical terms and you bring them on board through training and knowledge-sharing.
• Audience inclined: You understand audiences and advertising metrics deeply. This insight helps you to identify opportunities where AI can improve targeting, personalisation, and campaign effectiveness. You’re constantly thinking about how technology can deliver better audience engagement and advertising results.

What we need from you:

• At least three years in advertising sales
• Experience serving clients with tailored advertising solutions and proposals
• Demonstrated interest in technology and its applications in advertising/media
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
• Experience with advertising platforms, media buying processes, and campaign metrics
