As we continue to grow,we are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentices: Engineering at our RCL FOODS Inland(Pretoria,Benoni and Rustenburg) Baking Operation Unit.

Minimum Requirements    
Education:

• N4 qualification
• N5 and above qualification will be an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

• Candidates must be medically fit and capable of perfoming physical work as required by the role.

Duties & Responsibilities    
As an Engineering Apprentice at RCL Foods, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Learn on the Job: Gain hands-on experience working on machinery and equipment used in the food manufacturing industry.
• Develop Technical Skills: Undestanding the engineering processs that support the day-to-day operations of RCL Foods manufacturing units.
• Troubleshoot and Mantain Equipment : Work closely with senior Engineers to identify,diagnose,and solve equipment malfunctions,ensuring a smooth running operation.
• Work with Cutting-Edge Technology: Be part of a forward-thinking team,utilizing the latest in Engineering technology methods.
• Collaborate with Industry Experts: Learn from seasoned engineers and become proficient in the best industry practices.
