About the Role
This role provides strategic oversight of high-RPM security data and manages complex risk mitigation protocols across major Gauteng accounts. Utilizing ServiceNow for incident tracking and Oracle for financial record integration, the manager ensures 100% compliance with PSIRA and occupational health standards. Their leadership is pivotal for reducing operational risk and leveraging data-driven security metrics to optimize resource deployment for enterprise clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage financial performance, including wages, overheads, and contract contributions.
- Lead and develop a team of site managers and security personnel across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with PSIRA standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
- Oversee security operations, including access control, visitor management, and incident reporting.
- Drive business development through upselling and identifying new opportunities.
- Adhere to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards and company SHEQ policies.

- Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of security technology systems.
