Area Manager Western Cape needed at Tsebo Solution

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and support client sites within the Cape Town and surrounding region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary operational contact.
• Provide guidance and support to site managers and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular health and safety audits to maintain compliance with Eatfresh/Tsebo standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational reports to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure adherence to Eatfresh/Tsebo brand standards and contractual obligations.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to adapt and respond positively to change and pressure.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Operational reporting and basic financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Matric (Grade 12).
• Preferred: Diploma in Operations Management or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in multi-site management within industrial or facilities environment.
• Exposure to health and safety audits is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
