Area Sales Manager KZN needed at L’Oréal

A Day in the Life: 

• Achieve & Exceed Targets: Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for the LDB Skin C portfolio within your designated territory.
• New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your area, expanding our customer base and market share within the dermocosmetic market.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including dermatologists, pharmacists, and retailers, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborative Execution: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical, and Sales Support, to execute impactful educational programs and drive brand recommendation.
• Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor intelligence gathering, and stay informed about the latest industry trends and scientific advancements within the dermocosmetic skincare landscape.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or Business Administration with a strong focus on healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic, or healthcare industry.
• A passion for skincare science and a strong understanding of the dermocosmetic market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
