About the Role
The Supervisor manages a fleet of response units, ensuring that tactical interventions are carried out with precision and strategic oversight. By utilizing SAP for logistics and ServiceNow for performance tracking, they maintain high standards of compliance and minimize operational risk across the region. This role is essential for driving team efficiency and ensuring that all security incidents are resolved with minimal impact on business continuity.
Main purpose of the job:
- To manage the deployment of armed response vehicles and assist with responding to alarm activations as well as the operational functioning of a shift.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid Driver’s License (minimum 2years)
- Valid Firearm Competency (Business purposes)
- PSIRA Registered Grade B with Armed Response
- Clear Criminal Record
