Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic Art & Copy Team—either a collaborative duo or strong individual contributors—with a digital-first mindset and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digitally led creative concepts across social media, influencer campaigns, activations, and native digital assets.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and broader RSA team to ensure creative alignment and excellence.
• Deliver high-quality visual design (Art) and copywriting (Copy) that resonates with target audiences and reflects brand tone and identity.
• Translate strategic briefs into engaging, thumb-stopping content tailored for digital platforms.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and apply innovative thinking to content creation.

Qualifications

• Strong digital-first portfolios showcasing creative excellence in social content, storytelling, and campaign development.
• Proven experience working in fast-paced, collaborative creative environments.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, formats, and audience behaviors.
• Must be based in Durban.
