 QUALIFICATIONS 

• Grade 12
• Full N2 with relevant trade theory in a Mechanical field
• Applicable Engineering Aid Certificate

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in engineering field in a heavy industry environment
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, Initiative
• Knowledge of the HSEC systems

JOB OBJECTIVES

In this role you will be responsible to the Artisan for the following:

• Assistance in the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and plant availability
• Assistance in breakdowns
• Assistance in the implementation of improvements
• Adhere to Lion Smelter Policies and Procedures
• Overtime will be worked when so required
