Aspiring Branch Manager: Western Region needed at OVK – Group

Main purpose of the position:

• The successful candidate will get practical exposure to the Trade/Retail business as well as the opportunity to work with the team to learn new skills and gain business insight and grow to management level.

Minimum Requirements

• Appropriate Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Marketing or Finance;
• Previous experience in an agricultural environment will be an advantage;
• Must be willing to rotate in the region;
• Valid drivers license.

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Computer literate (MS Office);
• The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
• Management skills;
• Ambitious with drive.

• Good organisational skills;
• Must be able to thrive under pressure;
