Employee Centric Delivery

  • Fulfilling a psychometric assessment function by administering psychometric tests, demonstrating understanding of ethical and legislative requirements relating to psychological assessments.
  • Administering scores and interpretations in relation to the competencies tested.
  • Compiling feedback reports on test results and communicating these results according to the required standards, practices and supervision to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing psychometric assessment services per the Talent solutions framework.
  • Working with partners to identify suitable assessment batteries for particular roles and/or competency requirements.
  • Developing systems for and ensuring record keeping in line with legislative standards.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects including leadership, functional or bulk assessments – deliver according to timelines.
  • Work together the with Assessment practice lead to enhance the assessment practice and extend the standards to other relevant stakeholders and practitioners in the group.

  • Participating in, and aligning with the Assessment team to deliver solutions and services to the business.
  • Participating in various Assessment team activities that foster an innovative, agile and employee centric culture where employees are supported, empowered and valued.
  • Participating in various Assessment team activities that foster a wellness culture to ensure that the team mentally, physically and emotionally feel supported.
  • Participating in the enablement of a culture of open and transparent communication within the Assessment team.

Financial, Reporting & BI

  • Ensuring accuracy in data input and relevant reports as applicable to the functional area.
  • Using official data sources to inform administrative outputs.
  • Assisting with compiling reports for input to broader Talent Solutions team
  • Consolidating costs, proposals or data as required by the Assessment and/or Talent solutions team.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labour relations frameworks and legislation.
  • Ensuring compliance to organisational and legislative governance frameworks and standards including the H&S requirements and POPI Act.
  • Managing the identification and mitigation of Assessment risks.

Future-Fit

  • Participating in the integration and effective flow of work with other service areas and business.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in Assessment services.
  • Suggesting or sharing ideas related to relevant Assessment technology requirements where required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or equivalent – (essential).
  • Registered Industrial Psychologist / Psychometrist – (preferred).

Experience

  • +1 year in a formal Assessment practitioner role or similar with exposure to the specific end-to- end assessment practices, processes, reporting, feedback and related activities – (essential).
