Our organisation is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Business Unit Financial Partner to take overall responsibility for managing the financial activities of a portfolio of businesses, that operate on different financial structures, by developing, optimising and controlling all financial processes for the portfolio.

As an Assistant Business Unit Financial Partner, you will be responsible for:

1. Internal and External Stakeholder Relationship Management
2. Oversight and Co-Ordination of Various Accounting Functions
3. Management and Development of Budgets
4. Management of Financial Process and Intellectual Property
5. Risk Management
6. Financial Analytics
7. Accurate, Timely, Relevant Reporting
8. Effective Teamwork and Self-Management
9. Effective People Management

What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should

1. Have 5-6 years relevant experience in an operational accounting/financial management environment (IT and systems literacy essential)
2. Hold a B Comm Accounting/B Comm Finance Degree
3. Have commercial Skills
4. Have good Communication Skills (verbal & written)
5. Have Financial Management Skills
6. Have Customer Service Skills
7. Have Time Management Skills
8. Have good interpersonal skills
