Job Purpose:
- To facilitate provision of Performance Management and Development systems.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/ Public Management as recognised by SAQA
- Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience as Administration Officer/Practitioner level
- Persal Certificate
- A valid driver’s license.
Knowledge:
- Public Financial Management Act, Skills Development Act
- Public Service Act
- Treasury Regulations, Human Resource Management Policies, PERSAL, PMDS, SMS handbook, Batho Pele Principles, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Communication, report writing, policy interpretation and development, computer literacy, facilitation, problem solving, analytical skills.
Duties:
- Monitor implementation of Performance Management Development Systems
- Monitor compliance of Performance Management Development Systems
- Monitor alignment of Performance Agreement with Operational Plan
- Consolidate Personal Development Plan’s
- Maintain information on Performance Management Development System
- Conduct PMDS capacity buildng programmes.
