- To facilitate implementation of Organisational Development Services.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6) in Organisational Development/Public Administration or Management/Operations Management/Human Resource management/Industrial Psychology/Industrial Engineering/ Management services as recognised by SAQA
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Organisational Development Practitioner
- A valid driver’s license.

- Monitor implementation of organisational structure development and review process
- Review business processes and Re-engineering services
- Monitor development of job descriptions and job specifications
- Monitor provision of job analysis, job design, and job evaluation processes
- Monitor provision of Organisational Functionality Assessment secretariat services.
