REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Postgraduate Diploma in Business or Public Administration or relevant field.
- Additional qualification in project management will be an advantage
- Language Proficiency- must be proficient in at least two of the official / main provincial languages
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years relevant experience in business administration, management, or a related discipline
- Project Management and/or proven experience in case coordination, administration or related roles will be an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s Licence and not less than one year’s driving experience is essential – note that travel is a requirement for this position
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Facilitate, coordinate and oversee the successful completion of project funding applications within regulated time frames.
- Facilitate, coordinate and manage provincial project appeals and queries within the NLC’s policy frameworks.
- Monitor project performance, timelines and allocate resources and adjust plans as required to meet NLC Grant Funding policy frameworks.
- Coordinate and facilitate Project Risk Management and Assessments.
- Coordinate and facilitate workflow, resource allocation and quality assurance.
