REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Business or Public Administration or relevant field. 
  • Additional qualification in project management will be an advantage 
  • Language Proficiency- must be proficient in at least two of the official / main provincial languages  

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE 

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in business administration, management, or a related discipline 
  • Project Management and/or proven experience in case coordination, administration or related roles will be an added advantage. 
  • Valid driver’s Licence and not less than one year’s driving experience is essential – note that travel is a requirement for this position 

KEY DELIVERABLES 

  • Facilitate, coordinate and oversee the successful completion of project funding applications within regulated time frames. 
  • Facilitate, coordinate and manage provincial project appeals and queries within the NLC’s policy frameworks. 
  • Monitor project performance, timelines and allocate resources and adjust plans as required to meet NLC Grant Funding policy frameworks. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate Project Risk Management and Assessments. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate workflow, resource allocation and quality assurance.
