• We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support daily sales operations and lead a team in achieving performance targets. The role involves staff supervision, sales planning, customer service, and administrative coordination to ensure efficient store operations and strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a sales or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability in sales strategy, reporting, and performance tracking
• Experience with POS systems and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Sage 50C Pastel Partner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Own reliable transport
