What You’ll Do For The Brand:
- Facilitate B-BBEE committee meetings and minutes and provide guidance in terms of best approach in relation to legislation.
- Monthly reporting on status quo.
- Ensure that information is gathered from all relevant parties on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that identified interventions are actioned and report back on progress.
- Responsible for B-BBEE accreditation process annually.
- Liaison with all stakeholders as well as governing bodies to communicate status.
- Stay abreast of legislative developments on the B-BBEE front and communicate impact thereof to the business.
- Must have a good understanding of the new B-BBEE codes and requirements.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the team regarding CSI and ESD qualifying contributions for B-BBEE.
- Ensure compliancy and that targets are met for all B-BBEE related programmes as required by the business and that relevant interventions are implemented timeously.
- Present plans based on research, cost, considering ideas and strategies for the B-BBEE programmes to the business.
