Attendant: Recreation Services Job at Fancourt

We consider the following as essential:
Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 or equivalent,
• A minimum of 6 months operating in a gym/sports club environment.

Duties & Responsibilities (areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time):

• Daily set up, and follow up by regular walkabout of all Hotel sports & leisure facilities to ensure consistent service delivery,
• Oversee member & guest activities displaying excellent customer service skills,
• Promote all sports & leisure activities and services to maximize revenue opportunities,
• Daily hiring of equipment charges posted in Concept,
• Ensure extraordinary customer service delivery and guest satisfaction with the service, facilities and the variety of leisure offerings.
• We are looking for candidates who have their own accommodation in George / surrounds, who are prepared to work weekends, public holiday and shifts, and who are fit and able to carry out the normal responsibilities attached to this role.
