Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent,
- A minimum of 6 months operating in a gym/sports club environment.
Duties & Responsibilities (areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time):
- Daily set up, and follow up by regular walkabout of all Hotel sports & leisure facilities to ensure consistent service delivery,
- Oversee member & guest activities displaying excellent customer service skills,
- Promote all sports & leisure activities and services to maximize revenue opportunities,
- Daily hiring of equipment charges posted in Concept,
- Ensure extraordinary customer service delivery and guest satisfaction with the service, facilities and the variety of leisure offerings.
