Au Pair – Morningside – R22 500 – R25 000 per month Job at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their newborn due March 2026
• Area: Morningside 
• Ages: newborn due March 2026
• Working hours: Monday – Saturday: 07h00 – 19h00
• Duties: Candidate will be the primary care giver for the baby during the day and responsible for feeding and burping, changing nappies, ensuring a safe sleep environment is kept, monitoring for illness, providing basic hygiene like baths, engage in age appropriate stimulation and milestone development
• Requirements:  age 30 years old plus, candidate that hold and Early Childhood Development qualification or Teaching degree 
• Start date: Beginning March 2026 – permanent contract – needing a 5 year commitment
• Salary: R22 500 – R25 000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
