  • A family is looking for a QUALIFIED TEACHER to AU PAIR for their son aged 11 years old (ADHD) 
  • Area: Waterfall 
  • Ages: son aged 11 years old (ADHD)
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday: 07h30 – 18h00
  • School holiday hours: Monday – Friday: 07h30 – 18h00
  • Duties: Candidate is to remain available full day for the client to allow for full day assistance during the school holidays and sick days. Collect from school, transport to and from extra murals, assist and supervise with homework and school revision, ensure bags are packed for the following day, make a healthy snack after school, make dinner for the son, manage school schedules, liaise with Teachers and Coaches, assisting with anything childcare related.
  • Requirements: Qualified Teacher, experience with ADHD or remedial needs
  • Start date: January 2026 start – permanent contract
  • Salary: R20 000 – R22 000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)​​​​​​​

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

  • Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
  • Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
  • Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • Must have a passion for children
  • Must have Matric
  • Must have a South African ID document.
