Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote mobile and data solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keep accurate CRM records and provide sales reporting.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
What You Need:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in outbound telesales in a call centre environment.
- Solid understanding of mobile and data solutions.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Own mobile phone for work-related communication.
