- Hinterland Fuels is looking for a skilled Balancing Operator to support our mechanisation operations by ensuring smooth, safe, and reliable performance of agricultural equipment components.
- In this role, you will be responsible for balancing wheels and rotating assemblies used in agricultural machinery to eliminate vibration and improve durability. Your duties will include operating static and dynamic balancing machines, measuring imbalance and vibration levels, applying corrective actions, inspecting components, and completing quality documentation. You will also perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- To qualify, you need a mechanical trade or technical qualification (or equivalent experience) and 2–3 years’ relevant experience in balancing rotating components.
Career Growth & Education
A Senior Certificate and a specialized trade qualification in automotive maintenance or tire technology are the standard requirements.
