- As a Benefits Associate, you will work alongside the Head of Benefits and the other Human Capital teams to support and optimise our benefit offerings. This position requires a keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of benefits practices and international regulations.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for managing and administering our employee benefits programs globally
- Be responsible for assisting our people with benefits-related questions, onboarding, enrolment, and issue resolution
- Assist with checking and processing benefit-related invoices
- Support benefit open enrolment periods and benefits-related events
- Collaborate with benefits vendors, brokers, and advisors to gather data, coordinate benefits administration and resolve complex or technical issues on behalf of our people
- Assist in developing communication materials to educate our people about available benefit options, changes in benefit offerings, and enrolment processes
- Participate in vendor selection processes to ensure we partner with locally relevant, reputable and commercially viable service providers
- Support the implementation of new benefit programs or modifications to existing ones, ensuring a smooth rollout and proper integration with any relevant systems or processes
- Collaborate with people within the organisation to develop and promote wellness initiatives that enhance our people’s mental, physical and financial wellbeing
- Stay up to date with global benefit regulations and ensure benefits programs comply with local laws in each region of operation
- Collaborate with legal, tax and compliance teams to ensure all benefits-related documentation is accurate and meets regulatory requirements
