Job Description
- Responsible for using a handheld scanner to track items as they leave or enter the warehouse. To ensure that the inventory base is accurate and up to date as possible.
We need:
- Grade 12
- Basic Knowledge of warehouse functions and wool administration systems.
- Good computer literacy
- Effective communication
- Writing and arithmetic skills.
- Precision and accuracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Be able to operate a tablet.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Marking/tagging of bales
- Scanning of bales
- Reassigning tags
- Report irregularities while scanning bales
- Quality Control
- Ad Hoc duties as requested by line manager
