About the Role
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys full-spectrum bookkeeping. You’ll work closely with our finance and operations teams to keep our books sharp, clean, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-function bookkeeping up to balance sheet reconciliation
- Managing creditors, debtors, and supplier payments
- Overseeing petty cash, processing costings, and assisting with budget control
- Working across platforms including Xero, Simpro, and Zoho
- Collaborating with team leads on job cost tracking and reportin
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in bookkeeping or similar finance role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and/or Simpro/Zoho is a major plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with job costing in a project-based or technical business is a bonus
