Utilizing Oracle for financial record integration and Salesforce for client engagement, the advisor mitigates operational risk in retail credit and investment products. Their role is critical for leveraging data-driven insights to drive the commercial performance of the Sterkspruit branch.

Job Description

  • Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations as well as educating customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service) whilst adhering to policy and process.

You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following:

  • NQF4  qualification or higher
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Client Services Support and delivery
