Qualification and Experience:

• Grade 12 / equivalent thereof
• 3 – 5 years car rental experience
• 1 – 2 years management experience
• Has a good command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Computer literate.
• Familiar with the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
• Management of personnel resources.
• Be able to instruct and monitor the tasks of employees
• Administration and management.

General Duties

• Vehicle quality check
• Branch image, Signage
• Branch cleanliness
• Checking of RA’s, Addresses, ID numbers, etc
• Scanning of RA’s
• Answer emails/queries within 48 hours
• Check and manage branch operation cost
• Check and correct financials/ income statement on a monthly basis
• Set branch targets for Staff and Branch Manager incentives (KPI’s)
