Branch Manager – NTK Retail, Mokopane needed at VKB Group

Job Function

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable management of the Retail Branch in Mokopane. 

Job Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF 4
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in the retail environment, working as a Marketer/ Floor Manager (or relevant)
• Proven Track record in the positive management of a team is essential
• Experience within the Agr-retail environment will serve as recommendation
• Continuously adding value to the industry through reaching the organizations’ strategic and operational goals
• Willing to work afterhours as and when required based on operational requirements
• Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial management of business unit
• Stock management within the VKB Group framework
• Personnel management including mentoring of staff
• General management to ensure all VKB Policies are applied
• Excellent customer service including dealing with queries and complaints
• Ability to be creative in striving to continuously exceed goals and targets
• Ensure business unit comply with all relevant legislation
