What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • The role involves the handling of all brand related activities and process including the development, implementation and management of Corporate Identity Guidelines, ordering, distributing and managing branding and marketing materials and inventory, planning and managing brand activations and events in collaboration with business development teams, and informing brand positioning in line with the organisation’s stragetic growth plans. 

Minimum Requirements    

  • Minimum qualification: Honours Degree / 4 year tertiary qualification / NQF level 7
  • Experience in a similair role: up to 3 years

Duties & Responsibilities    

  • Assists in the defining of brand positioning across sectors and is involved in the development and implementation of brand strategy across the business
  • Ensures the on-going implementation and management of Corporate Identity Guidelines across all territories including updates when necessary
  • Perform duties within agreed budgets, manages expenses, and monitors progress toward maintaining budgetary goals
  • Helps manage select outside vendors/suppliers and closely monitors their performance
  • Helps ensure all branding and events activities, and outside partners are in full compliance with all regulatory and company policies and practices
  • Supports operational departments with the design of digital and print brochures, templates and documents to support business development activities
  • Manages the inventory of branded marketing materials across all divisions including design, supplier management, stock management, and distribution management
  • Supports CSI / SED initiatives and events in a cross-functional team structure
