Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Deep appreciation and enthusiasm for Italian automotive heritage, especially Fiat and Alfa Romeo.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to each brand.
- Foster a culture of excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership policies.v
