What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Valid driver’s licence with a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a bus driver or similar transport role.
- Experience working with children or within a school environment will be advantageous.
- Ability to conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify obvious mechanical or safety issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact calmly and respectfully with learners, staff and parents.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow schedules and instructions accurately.
- Physically able to perform general worker and maintenance-related tasks.
- Clear criminal record.
- Personal commitment to education and willingness to support the values and ethos of the school.
