High Level Job Description

• Experienced and results-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, playing a key role in driving project success and delivering tangible business value.
• You will leverage your strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization (internal and external), ensuring a seamless integration of IT initiatives with business objectives.
• You will be responsible for developing the Business requirements specifications and other associated documents as per the project management methodology.
• You will need to perform testing of solutions and work with 3rd party vendors to develop and maintain the solution.
• You will be expected to perform project management activities and provide quality control of work done by junior staff.

Job requirements:

• Lead and conduct in-depth business process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and automation.
• Partner with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine complex business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable technical specifications for development teams.
• Manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
• Work collaboratively with developers and testers to ensure solutions effectively address business needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation.
• Leverage data analysis skills to extract actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategic planning.
• Create user stories, flowcharts, and other visual aids to effectively communicate complex requirements.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the organization’s business analysis capabilities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex business analysis projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering optimal solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Experience working within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology.
• Proficiency in business process modelling methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experienced in project management
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio).
