What You’ll Do
- Translate business and marketing needs into clear tech solutions
- Lead projects involving API integration, data mapping & documentation
- Manage UAT, QA, and ensure system stability
- Support and optimize marketing automation tools
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a business analysis role (preferably telecoms/marketing tech)
- Solid API and SQL Server knowledge
- Experience with HubSpot, Referral Factory, Vicidial, or similar
- Agile/Waterfall methodology experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement & project delivery skills
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in mobile app or digital platform development
- A passion for marketing technology and customer experience innovation
