Business Analyst needed at Media24 Ltd

What you would do:

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Develop detailed documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process diagrams to capture business needs and project requirements.
• Product refinement: Collaborate with product owners and development team to refine product vision and align features with client objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and resolve discrepancies between business needs and technical solutions.
• Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
• Collaboration & Agile Support: Work closely with project and development teams during sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions and other agile ceremonies.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases that validate that the product meets the defined requirements.
• Ongoing refinement: Support ongoing product iterations by updating documentation and requirements based on feedback and new insights.

What we’re looking for:

• Certified Business Analyst or Product Management or similar qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a digital agency or product-driven environment.
• Experience in business process management software and methodologies much as JIRA, Confluence, Trello as well as process mapping tool
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
