Responsibilities:
- To gather Requirements and design their custom Financial solutions
- Draft User Stories and get the Product Owner’s input
- Oversee the SDLC, incl. Dev, Testing and rollout of their solution
- Assist Internal and UAT with drafting manual Test Cases
Skills Required:
- 6 to 7+ yrs exp. as a BA, incl. at least 2-3 yrs exp. in the Financial sector (i.e. Insurance / Banking)
- Project Management, Agile methods and Change Management exp. will help (not required)
- PM / BA / Change Mng certifications are an advantage (not required)
Work Arrangement:
- This is a Permanent Work job offer at the client
- With hybrid work methods (2-3 days / week at their offices)
- Based in Menlyn, PTA
- Starting in Jan. 2025
