About the Role
This high-RPM role drives the adoption of fintech infrastructure by managing complex merchant data and integrated payment ecosystems. Utilizing Salesforce for pipeline optimization and HubSpot for strategic lead nurturing, the executive ensures 100% compliance with financial services regulations. Their leadership mitigates operational risk for SMEs by leveraging data-driven insights to streamline point-of-sale efficiency and drive regional revenue growth.
What you will be doing
- Identify Strategic Opportunities: Target large, multi-site food and beverage outlets, independent restaurants and cafes with complex payments and operational needs.
- Consultative Discovery: Lead deep discovery sessions to understand business workflows, service models, and operational goals.
- Solution Design: Craft and present tailored integrated payment solutions, collaborating with our product and technical teams where needed.
- Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate and influence multiple decision-makers – finance, IT, operations, and executive leadership – to build consensus and drive deals forward.
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Own the sales process from lead identification to contract negotiation and post-sale handoff.
- Onboarding & Training: Aiming to get the establishments setup and active first time, in the right way.
- Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with POS providers, hospitality software partners, and ecosystem players to drive integrated adoption.
- Feedback & Influence: Share field insights with internal teams to inform product development, integration priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
- CRM Usage: You will be required to make use of our CRM to manage your sales pipeline diligently and will be provided with some of the best in class AI tech to support you.
About you
- 5+ years of solution sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, Integrated POS systems, or food and beverage tech.
- Proven track record of solution selling into complex accounts with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, with experience working with groups that run multiple venues or high-volume operations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills – able to engage both operational users and business owners and key decision makers.
- Technically curious – you understand APIs, integrations, and how different platforms connect to deliver business outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability – you know how to structure deals for win-win outcomes.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle required (this is a field-based, relationship-driven role).

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing is the preferred foundation for this tech-driven commercial path. Salary & Financial Insight
