About The Role
- Sporty Group is looking for a Communications & Growth Partnerships Lead to own customer communications and regional marketing partnerships. This role blends channel optimization, localization, and commercial partnerships to drive growth at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, negotiate, and manage marketing partnerships across Africa & LATAM
- Optimize WhatsApp, SMS, and email performance (delivery, open, CTR, cost)
- Align communications with marketing, product, and lifecycle campaigns
- Work closely with Marketing, Prod and Ops for localization of messaging, creatives, and campaigns per market
- Plan and track regional activations and partnerships – including but not limited to strategic billboards, payment partnership campaigns, affiliate marketing etc
- Measure ROI and performance across owned and partner channels
- Onboard new communication channel partners, and manage existing Bulk SMS, email, and communication partners for cost optimization
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years in growth, communications, or partnerships
- Hands-on experience with messaging platforms and lifecycle marketing
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
- Comfortable to travel for local activations and market studies in existing and emerging markets for sporty
- Data-driven and execution-focused
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
