KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work cross functionally to drive performance of local product portfolio and facilitate product development
- Drive standardization and centralization of business and system processes
- Set strategic direction for the Logistics & Services product in line with Maersk global guidance
- Ensure the operational platform remains up to date based on required improvements
- Analysis of market landscape and vertical specific needs and trends. Constantly evaluate value proposition and assess the competitive landscape
- You will be driving the product awareness and ensure our sales force understand our service offerings
- Work with key stakeholders in both commercial and product to set local targets and drive vendor performance
- Ensure data quality and transparency of P&L
- Maintain Business Development database and Project/Opportunity Pipeline for assigned geography/segment.
- Responsible for process governance and adherence to defined standard operating processes
- Take part in investment evaluations and acquisition projects within segment/geographic scope
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone with:
- Minimum 7 year’s relevant experience in Logistics
- In-depth understanding of depot operations and systems knowledge
- Understanding of supplier operations and systems
- Commercial engagement at a senior level
- Stakeholder management
- Financial acumen
- Proactive/self-starter
