Business Intelligence Analyst needed at Sanlam Group

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Process Mapping: Create process maps and workflows to illustrate current and future state processes.
• Solution Development: Work with IT and development teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT sessions, documenting feedback and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build effective relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
