Key Accountabilities
- New and existing business development by actively identifying new business opportunities in all market sectors for all product ranges, namely Pallets, RPCs, IBCs and Bulk Bins
- Implement strategies and plans for development of new business / growth opportunities as well as lead and participate in new business projects.
- Customer Relationship management, assisting in and conducting rate negotiations when and where necessary
- Effective stakeholder engagement with various customers including big retail businesses as well as family run establishments
Key Requirements
- Matric
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably B. Com)
- 5 Years Key Account Management/Sales/ Marketing experience in a Technical Sales environment
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of distribution/logistics methodologies
- Effective portfolio management experience
- Computer skills
- Must be a self-starter who has a strong customer service orientation, can work independently
- Must be courteous and polite in written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Education
- Bachelors – Marketing, Diploma – Marketing
Preferred Level of Work Experience
- 3 – 5 years
