Job Description

KRA 1: Device Cleanliness & Hygiene

• KPIs: 100% of repaired devices cleaned according to standard procedures; no residual dust, debris, or contaminants.
• Target: Ensure all repaired items are safe, hygienic, and ready for handover or packaging

KRA 2: Timely Cleaning & Workflow Support

• KPIs: Cleaning completed within agreed SLA after repair completion; minimal delays in handover to next process.
• Target: Maintain smooth workflow with zero bottlenecks in the repair-to-delivery process.

KRA 3: Safety & Compliance

• KPIs: Adherence to safety protocols while handling devices and cleaning agents; zero incidents of damage to devices.
• Target: Ensure safe cleaning practices and prevent harm to devices, staff, or the work environment

Job Responsibilities

• Clean repaired devices according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are free from dust, debris, or contaminants.
• Handle devices carefully to prevent damage during cleaning.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and techniques suitable for the type of device being cleaned.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards while working with cleaning materials and devices.
• Ensure cleaned devices are properly labeled, packaged, and ready for handover or storage.
• Report any damaged, malfunctioning, or uncleanable devices to the technician or supervisor for further action.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition; replenish as needed.
• Keep the cleaning workspace organized, safe, and compliant with 5S or internal housekeeping standards.
• Assist in minor preventive maintenance of devices as instructed (e.g., external cleaning of sensitive components).
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety protocols at all times
