Responsibilities
- Develop and execute buying strategies to meet customer demand and achieve sales targets
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to select and procure products
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
- Conduct product quality checks and resolve any issues with suppliers

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Buyer in a retail environment
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Solid understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes
- Ability to analyze market trends and forecast product demand
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset
