Buyer – Car Spares Job at Sandi Crowther Recruitment

• Established company in the Automotive Parts industry is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Buyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with automotive procurement experience and strong knowledge of vehicle components and aftermarket parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase automotive spare parts from approved suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
• Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to avoid stock shortages
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and monitor supplier performance
• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure product availability
• Stay updated on market trends and new product lines
• Expand and maintain the supplier network

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in buying or procurement within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle components and aftermarket parts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and Odoo
• Matric certificate essential
• Relevant Diploma or Degree advantageous
