About the Position 

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Agent to join our branch. 
• Technical knowledge of Tools and Machinery would be an advantage.

• You'll engage in exceptional communication and relationship building, demonstrate your sales acumen, and cater to customer needs with satisfaction
• You'll handle complaints with ease, maintain meticulous records, and adhere to our policies while seeking continuous improvement

Desired Work Experience

• Having technical knowledge in the DIY Tools or Hardware environment would be an absolute added advantage 
• Must be able to communicate with customers at all levels
• Must be detailed orientated
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be highly motivated and be able to liaise with customers
