- Agent should be willing to work in a 24×7 environment including weekend working
- Must have excellent command over English Language
- Dedicated to High Quality experience for customers and delivering high CSAT
- Ability to identify stated and unstated customer needs, follow quality metrics
- Being a travel consultant and help customers with their booking needs
- Manage financial transactions and processing payments adhering to security and verification policies
- Providing recommendations to customers and adhering to multiple process needs
- Responding to customers inquiries on their travel- changes/cancelations of their bookings
- Knowledge of Travel products, basic geography
- Alert management of potential security issues or client complaints
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Consultative assistance to customer
- Adhere to timelines schedules
