- A car wash service based in Somerset West is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a valet, automotive, or similar service environment will be advantageous but not essential
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Reliable, well-presented, and customer-service driven
- Willingness to work weekdays from 9am to 4pm from Tuesday, including weekends until 14:00, with a day off on Mondays as compensation.
- Must reside near Somerset West
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise car wash staff
- Ensure high standards of vehicle care and customer service
- Assist with increasing business exposure and operational efficiency
- Handle daily scheduling and workflow management
